This is my first attempt at a story. At least that was a good thing. Then we had an hour to go to the store. This was very well written and I would love to see where this would go if you took it "out of personal experience". Likewise, I thought it was very nice, considering what must have been a stressful time in your life. Would make it alot easier to read. It gave me alittle headache trying to find the next sentence. Just a suggestion. Dear Kari, this is a fantastic first effort. Well done, baby! But you asked for some constructive criticism, so here goes. Don't use expressions like 'kinda, musta' and the like. Yes, we know what you mean, and it's okay to use those kind of abbreviations in dialogue, but unless there are inverted commas surrounding those words, keep it to plain, correct English.
